In 2024, a piece of land opened up in a community where we serve. Guided by prayer and our mission to uplift the most vulnerable, our founder recognized this as an answered prayer. In February 2025, we launched our first outreach and, through faith and perseverance, successfully secured the land in Laplaine

We are overjoyed to announce an incredible milestone for Grace for Haiti Children: we’ve secured land to build a life-changing community center in Laplaine, Haiti!
THE MEANING BEHIND THE NAME
We chose HOPE COMMUNITY CENTER to reflect the heart of our mission. In Haiti, Espwa means hope—a light in darkness, strength in struggle, and the belief that tomorrow can be brighter. The Hope Center is a place where children, youth, and families can access opportunities, dream bigger, and believe in a brighter future.
Because of your generosity, Level 1 is complete. Cement, rocks, gravel, and structural columns are now in place — the first steps toward laying the foundation.
What once felt impossible is now unfolding before our eyes — the Hope Community Center is becoming a reality!!!
From forgotten ground to a place of possibility, this center is rewriting the story of an entire community in Haiti.
Because of your generosity, Level 2 is rising.
LEVEL 3 CONSTRUCTION
Level 3 has begun — bricks are being placed one by one, each carrying the dreams, prayers, and determination of an entire community 🧱
What once seemed impossible is now becoming a living movement — a movement of faith, unity, and transformation.
The groundwork is complete — and our vision is becoming reality.
We are now entering Level 4, the stage where we install the roof of our community center.This center is a catalyst for change — strengthening education, expanding economic opportunities, and improving overall well-being for the entire community.
We are almost at the finish line.
The roof of our Community Center Pavilion has officially been completed—marking a major milestone in our mission.
We are now entering Phase 5, which includes the installation of doors, windows, and interior flooring
